I am writing you to tell you how happy I am with my home purchase. It has now been 18 mo. since I have closed and moved in, and I truly could not be happier. I have experienced 1 issue which was to be expected with new construction. The floor settled in the upstairs bathroom and began to pull the vanity off of the wall. When the warranty time came around, your guys were right there to take care of it. And they did. No problems since. I am telling you, I couldn't be happier. Although not quite the house of my dreams as it is my first home, I will guarantee you that when it's time to purchase my dream home it will be a Contry Home. I must say we drove through this area probably 30 or more times and visited the model several times. We were drawn to this area. We joked that eventually someone may call the police as much as we were out dirving in the area taking in every detail and considering the models that were available. What a beautiful location! Who wouldn't want a walking path and to be surrounded by 547 acres of Forest Preserve where we can hike, canoe or cross country ski.
