I am writing you to tell you how happy I am with my home purchase. It has now been 18 mo. since I have closed and moved in, and I truly could not be happier. I have experienced 1 issue which was to be expected with new construction. The floor settled in the upstairs bathroom and began to pull the vanity off of the wall. When the warranty time came around, your guys were right there to take care of it. And they did. No problems since. I am telling you, I couldn't be happier. Although not quite the house of my dreams as it is my first home, I will guarantee you that when it's time to purchase my dream home it will be a Contry Home. Thank you ever so much for the great house. I met you recently at a home show and you seemed like the guy who would appreciate the positive feedback. I look forward to the next time we do business.
