Shannon, I just want to let you know that you are making this home buying experience wonderful. I know I may get on your nerves sometimes with all the changes, but you never make me feel that I am bothering you. Moving to the Midwest from the East Coast is a big change and a lot of the lifestyles here are different. Especially with the housing, but you have made the transition a beautiful experience and I just wanted to take the time to let you know what a GREAT job you're doing and what an asset you are to the company.
