I was hoping you would be able to get a message to Joe for me.
I wanted to thank him for taking a chance on me when I applied to rent the 1944 Burnett home. I was a single mom new to the area with not so great credit at the time, and he rented a brand new beautiful home to my children and I.
I want him to know that his kindness in saying yes to my application truly set in motion all of the wonderful things that have happened to my children and I over these past 4 years.
My children ending up in an amazing school district, the friendships they have made, the opportunity for me to find a life changing job, being able to meet my now husband, and now owning a beautiful home.
None of that would have been possible without his kindness and taking a chance on me. I want him to know how he forever bettered the lives of my children and for that I will be forever grateful to him.
Thank you so much to all of you that have had a hand in this wonderful journey and I will be forever thankful to Joe for making this journey possible.
