I closed on my first home purchase – new construction even – on November 14, 2008 in Chicory Ridge Subdivision (Lot 544) and wanted to personally inform you of the absolute top-notch and professional job in which your office and staff treated me during the process; from finding the right house all the way through closing.

Mark Rubley, my Real Estate Agent, did his due diligence in helping me find the perfect home for my family. He was also very helpful while I worked with Mrs. Contarino in laying out different areas within my homes, such as window placement. Tami was an awesome subdivision representative and was always available by phone or email to answer questions I had during the process. She was incredibly responsive, which I imagine is an important skill set when working with excited home buyers! Lee was thorough during the walk-through in explaining certain aspects of the home and its contents, and had all the last minute fixes made before I opened the door with my key.

Thank you and your staff again for an incredibly pleasant and hassle-free construction and purchase of my new home. I love it!

Brandon Subdivision of Rockford

Mr. Contarino,

We Purchased a home in the Brandon Subdivion of Rockford and wanted to tell you what a great experience we had with your staff.

Rose Orbison was simply amazing. When we looked at the available models, Rose answered all of our questinos and made sure we understood everything we were signing. (We decided to sign the contract that day because we fell in love with the place) She did a great job and took the time to understand our buying needs and what we wanted in a home.

Throughout our escrow, Rose and her assitant Tami kept in touch with us and answered all questions that came up. They worked very hard to get the financing to go through as our lender was finicky regarding warranties, etc.

The great thing about Rose is her personality and talent in regards to selling. We had worked with a few other realtors prior to buying the home and were less than impressed. The 2 realtors we had worked with prior were simply focused on "getting the sale". Rose didn't use silly close techniques to get us to sign the contract. She really helped us see the benefits of buying the home by asking us questions and clarifying anything we had asked. We really appreciated the time she took in our many questions.

After we had closed the home, she kept in touch and told us about the $7,500 tax credit we can file this year with our taxes. We also appreciated that because it really demonstrates that she cares about her clients and it speaks miles about Contry Homes.

We will continue to spread the positive word of mouth about what a great buying experience we had with Contry Homes. We love the place and are very happy with our choice of making this our first home.

I also think it's great that you have opened a remodeling company that we can use in the future to add a deck to our backyrad. We feel we got a great quality home for an excellent price and will definitely use this in the future when we do add on to our home.

Thanks again for making our first buying experience a positive experience. We can not say enough how wonderful Rose and Tami have been. We look very forward to celebrating the holidays in our new home!

Joe,
        I am writing you to tell you how happy I am with my home purchase. It has now been 18 mo. since I have closed and moved in, and I truley could not be happier. I have expierenced 1 issue which was to be expected with new construction. The floor setteled in the upstairs bathroom and began to pull the vanity off of the wall. When the warranty time came around, your guys were right there to take care of it. And they did. No problems since.
        I am telling you, I couldn't be happier. Although not quite the house of my dreams as it is my first home, I will gaurantee you that when it's time to purchase my dream home it will be a Contry Home.
        Thank You ever so much for the great house. I met you recently at a home show and you seemed like the guy who would appreciate the positive feedback. I look forward to the next time we do business.
